How it works?

Getting your price match is simple: 

Step 1: Email us at pricematch@jetcharge.com.au 

Step 2: Email should Include: 

• The product name as listed on the JET Charge website 
• A working website product page link to the lower priced product you’d like us to match 

Step 3: One of our team members will review your request and contact you less than 2 business days with the next steps.

Price match eligibility 

To be eligible for our Price Match Guarantee, all the following conditions must be met: 

• The product must not be part of a special offer or clearance, including:  Buy one get one free offers Trade pricing Volume or bulk discounts.
• The product must be in stock and available for purchase from the an  Australian competitor at the time of review.
• The product must be identical, meaning:  Same supplier Same brand Same barcode/SKU.
• The competitor listing must not be from a discount marketplace or auction site, including (but not limited to) eBay, Temu, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree or AliExpress.
• The comparison price must be the total delivered price, including:  Shipping Delivery Any mandatory fees, taxes and duties.
• Products that include an installation quote or installation addon as part of the offer are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee.
• Price matching cannot be based on the outcome of another price match from an Australian competitor.
