Price match eligibility

  • Not available on clearance, trade, or bulk‑discounted items.
  • Product must be identical and in stock from an Australian retailer.
  • Same brand, supplier and barcode/SKU.
  • Price comparison must include GST and delivery.
  • No marketplaces (eBay, Temu, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, AliExpress).
  • Products with installation quotes or add‑ons are excluded.
  • Cannot be based on another competitor’s price match outcome.
